The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • Shipping & Delivery
  • All items (excluding CUSTOM Chainmaille orders) are shipped within 1 business day of receiving payment (except for weekends and holidays). If payments are received on a weekend or holiday, the item(s) will be shipped on the very next business day.

    I ship all items within the US by USPS 1st Class Priority with Delivery Confirmation. The charge for shipping within the US is $4.95*. Some items such as large vases could be more, so contact me before buying if you are concerned about charges.

    Shipments to Canada are sent USPS 1st Class International for $4.76*. To send it Registered, it will be an additional $10.15*. If you would like to upgrade to Priority, it will be $15.20* total.

    Shipments everywhere else are sent USPS 1st Class International for $10.40*. To send it Registered, it will be an additional $10.15*. For Priority shipments, it will be $19.00* total.

    If you wish to use Overnight or 2-3 day shipping, I have options for UPS available at checkout.

    All taxes, duties, customs charges or other fees to ship to another country are the responsibility of the buyer.

    Insurance is optional on purchases up to $60.00 and REQUIRED for anything over $60.00.

    *Fees are:
    $1.65 for .01 - $50
    $2.05 for $50.01 - $100
    $2.45 for $100.01 - $200
    $4.60 for $200.01 - $300
    $5.50 for $300.01 - $400

    PLEASE INSURE YOUR PURCHASE!!! I will not be held responsible for packages that are lost or damanged during shipping, but will do everything I can to help you locate the package or rectifiy the situation.

    *All shipping costs are based on the USPS website. I do not "pad" my shipping charges. If the actual shipping cost is more than $1.00 less that what you paid, I will refund you the difference.

    If you live in or around the Triad area and wish to pick up your purchase, please contact me and we can arrange to meet somewhere.


  • Sales Tax
  • North Carolina residence will be charged 6.75% sales tax.


  • Warranties
  • As I do take a lot of pride in making the best jewelry pieces possible, accidents do happen either due to faulty material, clumsiness or just plain old bad luck. If your jewelry piece breaks within six months of purchase, I will repair it. If the damage is my fault, the repair will be free of charge. If it is your fault, there will be a nominal fee. If any components of the item are missing, there may be a fee to replace them.

    When sending an item back for repair, please contact me BEFORE shipping so I'll know it's on it's way. Make sure you send ALL of the components of the jewelry piece back to me (unless they're lost of course) and please be sure to package each item carefully to prevent further loss or damage.

    You are responsible for all Repair shipping charges back to me. Once the item is fixed, I will not charge to ship back to you. All shipments will be via USPS 1st Class Priority within the US or USPS 1st Class International.


  • Return Policy
  • If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your recent purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving it (or 14 days from shipment if no tracking is available) for a full refund, minus shipping charges. Please pack all items carefully to insure there is no damage during shipping. Once I receive the item in its original, unworn/undamaged condition, you will receive your refund. Please contact me BEFORE returning the item, so I will be aware it is on it's way.


  • Miscellaneous
  • CUSTOM ORDERS

    I only accept custom orders for chainmaille. If you would like to order a chainmaille piece, please contact me to discuss the specifics. I base these prices per inch and will need to know the size needed, type of clasp, etc. to make it and price it correctly. I will also require a NON REFUNDABLE 50% deposit to start on your custom piece. If you would like pictures to be sent to you along the way, feel free to request this. Because of the extensive time and cost of materials put into making chainmaille pieces, your deposit is non-refundable. If I do not have the materials needed in stock, please allow me at least two weeks to make this item. Bracelets take less time, necklaces take longer (depending on chain type and size). If it will take longer than two weeks, I will notify you by email. Once the piece is finished, I will let you know by email and request payment of the remaining balance. Once I receive the final payment, I will ship your order out.


    SIZING INFORMATION

    To get the correct size of your wrist or finger, please follow the instructions below:

    - Take a piece of sewing thread and wrap it around your wrist or finger to the desired fit of the jewelry piece.
    - Cut the thread where the end meets (to the size needed).
    - Measure that piece of thread against a ruler and give me (in Special
    Instructions) the length of the thread.

    This is what the Inner Diameter of a jewelry piece is.

    Example: The length of a bracelet may be 7-1/2", but the inner diameter will be 6-3/4". It all depends on how thick the piece is.
